Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing activities across multiple campaigns. Manage contra and media partnership logistics, including literature distribution, guest pass allocation, and fulfilment to maximise partner value. Design and produce marketing assets and videos using Canva, that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines, across digital and print materials to support campaign objectives and enhance audience engagement. Writing compelling copy for a range of marketing materials Conduct competitor research to inform campaign positioning and identify new opportunities across all sectors. Raise purchase orders for paid marketing activity and liaise with suppliers as needed. Accurately recorded marketing-generated revenue in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date reporting and enabling the sales and marketing teams to track campaign impact and ROI effectively. Coordinate email campaigns using internal and external systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to target audiences. Monitor and record email, lead generation and website performance, helping the team to track engagement metrics. Prepare clear and organised handover documents for the telemarketing team to support their outreach efforts. Compile weekly marketing reports to keep senior management and the team informed of campaign progress and output. Support with the execution of social media activity, including writing and scheduling posts and assisting with paid campaign logistics. Track credit card spend and receipt reconciliation, ensuring accurate expense reporting and timely submission for finance processing. Establish positive relationships with key stakeholders from other departments to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

A bold self-starter with the ability to work independently. Proactive and Reliable: Anticipates team needs and takes initiative to support day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time Eager to learn and improve - brining a curious mindset to every task, quickly absorbing new information and applying it to support team goals and enhance daily operations. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
