Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Part-Time Marketing Assistant

to support Dermanda's marketing and brand activities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty, aesthetics, and digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, supporting events, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns. Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Support email marketing, website updates, and blog content creation. Liaise with creative teams, influencers, and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives. Help coordinate photoshoots, events, and collaborations. Track and report on campaign performance and social media analytics. Maintain marketing materials and brand assets. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Support day-to-day marketing administration tasks as needed.

Requirements

1-2 years of marketing experience (internship or assistant level). Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) desirable. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Interest in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty industries preferred.
