Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Advertising & Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing brand portfolio, which includes Chinese milk tea, light dining, coffee, and food retail businesses.
This role is London-based and involves working across both our Chinatown operational office and our Head Office, allowing the successful candidate to gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day store operations as well as central brand and marketing management.
The position is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong interest in marketing, digital media, and brand operations who are eager to understand both frontline execution and head-office strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Management
Assist in managing social media platforms including TikTok, RED (Xiaohongshu), Instagram, and Facebook
Create short-form videos, product photos, posters, and marketing materials
Monitor trends and support initiatives to improve brand exposure and audience engagement
2. Marketing & Advertising Execution
Support the execution of online and offline advertising campaigns
Assist with writing advertising copy, promotional content, and campaign materials
Support ad placements via Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (training provided)
3. Brand & Event Support
Assist in planning and promoting new product launches, themed campaigns, and brand collaborations
Participate in on-site events and store-level marketing activities, including content capture (photos, videos, interviews)
4. Data Collection & Reporting
Assist in collecting market data and customer feedback from both store-level and head-office channels
Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with design, photography, operations, and management teams across both office locations
Support daily brand maintenance and marketing coordination tasks
Candidate Requirements
Degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred
1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, social media, or brand support roles(Outstanding graduates will also be considered)
Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandatory); ability to produce bilingual content is a strong advantage
Familiar with TikTok, RED (Xiaohongshu), Instagram, and Facebook
Basic experience with Canva or Adobe creative tools preferred
Strong communication skills, creativity, and execution capability
Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
UK driving licence preferred (to support travel between locations if required)
