Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

Your role:





As

Marketing Assistant

you will assist the marketing team in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to optimise our marketing strategies. This role involves working closely with senior analysts and marketing managers to develop data-driven insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall campaign performance.




Key Responsibilities:






Collect and analyse data from various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, web, paid ads) to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Help create and manage content for various platforms (social media, website, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).

Maintain the company's social media profiles by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.

Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.

Assist in planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Help design and implement email campaigns, including list management, creating email templates, and tracking performance.



Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports and visualisations to communicate results.

Track and analyze marketing performance data (social media, web traffic, email campaigns) and provide insights to the marketing manager.

Assist in the setup, tracking, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.



Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product teams as well as external vendors to understand objectives and provide insights that drive decision-making, ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts.



Maintain and improve data accuracy and reporting tools.

Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Support the team with ad hoc analysis, reports, and marketing materials needs.



Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant experience). 1+ years of experience or internships in data analysis, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of statistical concepts. Proficiency with Canva, video editing software, data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) . Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and/or other reporting software. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and organisational skills. English language at native level is a must, and other language skills in such as Spanish, German, Arabic are plus.
