Role Information
Assist in creating copy and visual content for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, and email campaigns.
Support the preparation and distribution of press releases and PR materials for external publication.
Liaise with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials for events, conferences, and business development initiatives, including presentation slide decks, templates, stationery, and branded documents.
Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of events and exhibitions, including invitation design, name badges/table cards, handouts, and maintenance of exhibition equipment.
Assist in producing monthly digital analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the development and distribution of internal communications across Teams, TV screens, and the company intranet.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and consistent messaging.
Maintain accurate and up?to?date CRM records and support the creation and management of contact lists within HubSpot.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the marketing department.
Support on exciting projects including the celebration of Baily Garner's 50th anniversary and the launch of our new Business Plan.
Essential skills/qualifications
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Business use of social media.
Good customer care and positive communication skills.
Proactive approach to all tasks.
