The Role





Were looking for a bright, creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. Youll get involved in everything from creating social media content and running campaigns to organising events and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics and written posts. Plan and maintain the social media content calendar. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Write, proofread, and upload content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, emails and the website. Organise and attend firm events, including seminars, corporate events, and external networking events and maintain the event calendar. Order, update, and maintain branded promotional materials and stationery. Assist with marketing campaigns and measure their performance for reporting to partners. Maintain the marketing inbox and internal communications. Arrange staff photos, profiles and video sessions. Liaise with internal departments, charity partners, suppliers and clients. Respond to client reviews. Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks, reporting and data analysis.

About You





Youre ambitious and full of ideas. Youre a fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to develop your marketing skills. Ideally, youll have a formal marketing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a marketing role.

Skills & Qualities:



Digital marketing skills, including video creation (e.g., Canva) Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written communication, with impeccable spelling and grammar Creative mindset, happy to propose new ideas Team player, adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Your own car and driving licence
