Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while developing your skills in project management and social media management.

Duties:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies. Analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution. Maintain organised records of marketing activities and campaign performance metrics.

Our Marketing Assistants Will:

Spread awareness about our client's products and services at exhibition events, b2b or residential platforms Promote their latest missions, deeds, and success stories face-to-face Enhance brand, reputation and image to the public Guide new customers through the registration/sign-up process

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude towards learning new marketing techniques and tools.
