We're now looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our central marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their marketing career in a purpose-led organisation that supports innovation and growth.


This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of regular travel to Oxford Centre for Innovation (Head Office) and other centres within our portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

As Marketing Assistant, you'll support the delivery of marketing activity across Oxford Innovation Space and our network of Innovation Centres. You'll:


Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content Support website updates, social media scheduling, and content creation Help coordinate events and workshops Contribute to marketing research, reporting, and internal communications Provide general admin and creative support to the marketing team

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn. You'll bring:


Some experience in a marketing role (B2B or service-led preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills A creative mindset and attention to detail Familiarity with digital tools (social media, analytics, Adobe Suite) A collaborative approach and willingness to travel to Innovation Centres
