We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
Conduct SEO analysis to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website copy.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing promotional materials and graphics.
Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
Analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted campaigns aimed at business clients.
Manage social media accounts, creating posts that engage audiences and promote brand awareness.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel to track campaign performance and budget adherence.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Experience with Google Ads and email marketing platforms is advantageous.
Familiarity with analysis tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is preferred.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A background in IT or digital marketing would be beneficial but not essential.
