We are based in Theale, West Berkshire. The successful candidate must live within a 20-mile radius of our Head Office and is expected to work from the office a minimum of two days per week (depending on business needs).

Job Overview



In this newly created role, we are seeking a highly organised, creative and proactive individual to support the marketing department at Cotswold Fayre. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will become a vital link across the business to ensure the smooth operation of key administrative and artwork tasks to support our fast-paced product launch process. A business-critical role, we would need the successful candidate to be able to work at least 3 days and ideally 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities



Co-ordination of images and design assets, such as adverts, for inclusion in our catalogues, website and asset library Liaison with suppliers to ensure images & assets are submitted on time, meet the required specifications and are categorised according to requirements of the project e.g. monthly web banners and newsletters Support with maintaining standards for quality including correct uploading, file naming, artwork set up, product data accuracy and exporting Assisting with the updating and implementation of images on the website via the web content management system (CMS) Perform basic artwork manipulation where required, for example, image background removal Co-ordination and distribution of Product Information Pages (PIPs) from suppliers to the sales team Responsible for submission of images to retailer portals, such as Brandbank Manage the stock of catalogues and other promotional materials Providing general administrative support to the marketing team as required

Essential Experience & Capabilities



This role would suit a recent design graduate or someone with a minimum of 1 years' experience as part of a marketing team Keen interest in the food industry Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop skills Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Powerpoint Basic knowledge of website CMS systems would be an advantage Some design knowledge e.g. Canva Highly organised, proactive and used to meeting tight deadlines High levels of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with people across the business and externally with suppliers Hands on, can-do attitude - Proactive, able to pick up and run with projects

Pay: 23,951.00-25,343.00 per year
