We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Regional Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager and wider marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about building a career in marketing - particularly within the New Build sector - and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative & Team Support



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager.

Co-ordinate diaries, meetings, visits, and take minutes during regional marketing meetings.

Manage invoice coding and upload information to the tracker accurately.

Marketing Asset & Content Management



Conduct spot checks on marketing literature, digital assets, and other materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic direction.

Maintain and update the regional digital asset management system.

Take briefs from the Senior Regional Marketing Manager or Sales Manager and liaise with external suppliers accordingly.

Set up print runs, securing approval from the Senior Regional Marketing Manager where required.

Establish and maintain stock levels of marketing materials, including storage audits and reordering.

Review social media content schedules for accuracy and co-ordinate onsite asset collection.

Ensure the company intranet remains updated with approved events, press releases, and relevant information.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Maths and English qualifications.

Interest in the New Build sector and/or passion for developing a marketing career.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Office-based role.
