Marketing Assistant - Children's Services

to join our team and help us reach more people with this life-changing message.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering inspiring marketing campaigns that raise awareness of fostering and adoption, attract new interest and strengthen our presence both online and in local communities.



Working closely with our

Marketing Manager

and the

Fostering and Adoption Teams

,

you'll help to:

Create engaging content and campaigns that tell powerful stories about fostering and adoption. Develop digital and print materials that are professional, creative and on-brand. Plan and support community events and information sessions. Build relationships with local partners, media, and community networks. Manage and grow our digital presence through social media, video and advertising. Monitor campaign performance and share insights to help us continuously improve.

This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.

About You

You'll bring fresh ideas, attention to detail and a flair for storytelling. You might already have marketing experience in the charity, public or commercial sector, be studying for a marketing related qualification or looking for your next step in a values-led organisation where your work truly matters.



You should be confident creating content across multiple channels (social media, print, video), comfortable managing deadlines and eager to collaborate with a supportive, purpose-driven team.
