Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing Marketing team based in Prudhoe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's at the start of their marketing journey or has some existing experience and is looking to build their skills across a fast-paced engineering business. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across both administrative and campaign functions - helping to ensure the smooth running of all marketing operations while gaining exposure to a wide range of disciplines. Over time, this role will evolve to include greater involvement in campaign delivery, content coordination, and data reporting as experience grows.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation, fulfilment and distribution of marketing materials and packs.
Maintain and update product, lead and campaign data within SAP and CRM systems.
Assist with supplier liaison for branded items, trade shows and campaign requirements.
Help coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social media and direct mail.
Contribute to content creation including images, case studies, testimonials and technical information.
Compile campaign performance reports and analytics.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team on creative and strategic projects.

Skills & Experience
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in marketing, administration or business support is desirable.
Awareness of social media platforms, email marketing or digital content tools is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full training provided - attitude, initiative and commitment are as important as experience.
Development Path
The successful candidate will begin by mastering core administrative and operational processes before gradually expanding into campaign coordination, content support and data reporting. This role is designed to provide a solid foundation for progression into a Marketing Executive position within 12-24 months for the right individual.
