Job Summary:
Seeking an 'out-of-the-box thinking', creative, organised, and passionate Marketing Assistant to support campaigns, content, and administrative tasks.
Be a part of National Employees Union's supportive team, where your creative marketing will help empower workers and drive change across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to marketing planning and Strategy.
Create and schedule social media and email content.
Research markets and track campaign performance.
Assist with marketing materials and event coordination.
Maintain marketing calendars and budgets.
Support consistent brand messaging.
Work alongside our Brand and marketing partner, and Strategic officer.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Essential requirements:
Understands key drivers of consumer behaviour.
Familiar with leading authority marketing theory and practice.
Fearless, fun, and fanatical about marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with Canva and Mailchimp.
Experience using Adobe Suite.
WordPress or social media analytics experience.
Basic graphic design or ad platform knowledge.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Creative and detail-oriented.
Can work independently.
