Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. Duties



Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, B2B campaigns and B2C campaigns. Manage content creation and copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint. Support SEO optimisation efforts by conducting keyword research and analysing website performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads. Maintain and update websites ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines along side development team. Coordinate with internal teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign schedules using project management tools. Analyse campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Oversee social media accounts to increase engagement, following, and brand awareness through strategic management. Assist in organising B2B events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Support email marketing campaigns by creating content, segmenting audiences, and analysing results. Contribute to the overall organisation of marketing projects ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

Requirements



Proven experience or strong interest in management, SEO, project management, social media management,B2B marketing and B2C marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop,, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Outlook), and IT skills. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy. Strong copywriting abilities with attention to detail in content creation. Effective communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate across teams. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies is desirable. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Time management skills essential for meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
