We are entering an exciting and busy period and are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our campaigns and help amplify the voice of the teaching profession.
Role Overview
This short-term internship is ideal for a recent graduate or student seeking valuable, hands-on marketing experience within the charity and education sector. You will work remotely as part of a small, collaborative team, supporting content creation and campaign delivery during our peak season.
Key Responsibilities
Produce engaging copy for social media, newsletters, website articles and case studies
Support delivery of our campaign and communications plan (Dec-Mar)
Assist with scheduling and maintaining the content calendar
Gather and organise campaign assets (images, testimonials, entry materials)
Conduct audience and sector-focused research
Ensure brand messaging and tone of voice is consistent across channels
Monitor digital engagement and support basic reporting
Provide general admin and coordination support to the marketing function
Skills & Experience:
Essential
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Previous marketing exposure (through study, volunteering or work experience)
Confident using social media in a professional context
Self-motivated and reliable when working remotely
Passion for education and the work of teachers
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
Desirable
Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva)
Experience using email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
Basic knowledge of digital analytics
