Gear Down Competitions is an exciting and fast-growing business based in Lancashire. We run online competitions where participants have the chance to win incredible prizes including cash, cars, holidays, and more. All of our draws are conducted live on Facebook, bringing energy, transparency, and entertainment to our growing community of players.

This will be a mixture between an office-based position at our complex, based in Rossendale and out in the field, meeting the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

??Filming content for social media. ??Replying to comments on social media. ??Posting content on social media. ??Aware of trends on social media. ??Going Live on social media. ??Assisting with competition ideas. ??Assisting with our Live Draws. ??Facebook group management. ??Assistance with editing content for social media. Meeting prize winners and delivering prizes. Assistance with graphic design.

Essential Skills:

??You are well organised, learn quickly and are adaptable. ??You can create engaging video content. ??You have

creative ideas

for content & social media posts. ??You can speak on camera confidently. You have the drive for the business to do better. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

What we want the most:

Someone who is willing to try new things and put in the time to better their skillset. You need to think outside of the box and you are not afraid to make suggestions.

Requirements:

??Must hold a driving licence ??Must be flexible with work hours - but be available to work full time Monday to Friday 9-5.30
