Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary - NMW- performance based payrise after probation period

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join the Japanese Head Spa Co team -- a growing global beauty and wellness brand inspired by Japanese traditions.

This role plays a vital part in executing our marketing strategy across digital, web, print, and experiential channels. You will support content creation, website management, branding, customer engagement, analytics, and event planning, while helping to maintain a consistent brand presence across international markets.

A keen eye for design, strong website management experience, and an appreciation for Japanese aesthetics are essential. Key Responsibilities

Digital & Content Marketing

Manage and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) Create high-quality written, photo, and video content that aligns with our global brand voice and minimalist visual identity Monitor engagement, social trends, and competitor activity across regions to refine strategies Write and design newsletters, promotions, and client communication materials
Website & Online Presence

Maintain and update website content, including blogs, service information, booking pages, and product listings Collaborate with global web and development teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience Ensure all international digital platforms (Google Business, Yelp, Tripadvisor, etc.) are accurate and aligned with brand standards Assist with SEO improvements, performance tracking, and Google Analytics reporting
Campaigns & Promotions

Support planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, spa promotions, and global collaborations Develop branded collateral such as in-store signage, brochures, and digital marketing assets Assist in influencer outreach, brand partnerships, and community collaborations in key international markets
Branding & Visual Identity

Uphold brand guidelines to ensure all materials reflect the brand that defines our global identity Support the planning and coordination of photoshoots and video sessions (including behind-the-scenes and client testimonial content)
Events & Client Engagement

Help organize and promote exhibitions, events, product launches, pop-up experiences, and wellness activities Assist with RSVP management, giveaways, and post-event follow-up communications
Administrative & Team Support

Maintain the marketing calendar, content plan, and campaign tracking documents Coordinate with the spa front desk and treatment teams to collect feedback, testimonials, and content opportunities Manage promotional inventory and ensure all marketing materials are current and consistent
Required Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or website management role (preferably within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry) Experience managing and updating websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify) Strong writing and storytelling skills with a global audience in mind Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp (or similar tools) photography, videography, or graphic design experience Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable Ability to work flexible hours when needed (e.g., events or content shoots)
Desirable Skills & Experience

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing automation tools Interest in global marketing trends and cross-cultural communication Passion for holistic beauty, spa culture, and natural wellness

Pay: From 23,809.50 per year

Work Location: In person
