What You'll Do:



Bring Ideas to Life! Craft and organise social media and content calendars that resonate and engage. Design Email Campaigns: that go beyond the inbox - become a storyteller who captivates and inspires. Manage and refresh our client portals, ensuring they're up to date and have all the information our clients need. Keep our projects flowing smoothly with your keen eye for detail and systematic approach. Sometimes stepping into the spotlight, attending meetings, and working closely with Sophie to build and maintain our cherished client relationships. Work closely not just with Sophie, but also with our other director, diving into the realms of our secondary business, and contributing to its growth and success (confidential at this point). Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports. It's a great advantage if you're skilled in Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Hubspot (CRMs) or WordPress.
You'll have fun and love turning ideas into real-life concepts. You'll be fully trusted, and you will be supported to progress, and develop new skills.

Midlands based... Start remotely, evolve into a fun-filled hybrid role.

Salary & Perks:



Up to 25K depending on experience, with room for growth. Private healthcare Finish work at 1:30pm on a Friday (because who works Friday afternoons? Losers, that's who) 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, accruing an extra day per year with service up to 25 days.
