Job Summary

Stockton Bearings & Transmissions are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team in engineering and workplace supplies. This is a dynamic role that blends free-reign marketing and content creation with proactive internal sales and online sales support. Perfect for someone who enjoys or is looking to get involved with both the creative and commercial sides of the business.

You will work closely with our team in its entirety, particularly in the sales side of the role. With a freer and more open take to the marketing side for you to display your creative freedom in content creating and aiding in the growth of the business through both organic and funded Ads via social media platforms, physical marketing techniques and more.

Key Responsibilities:

To plan and execute both physical and digital marketing campaigns across all platforms used by SBT.

Create engaging marketing content such as posts, graphics and case studies to showcase our business model and offerings on social media platforms.

To be able to support internal and online sales, including answering incoming calls and E-Mails, following up with customers and suppliers, processing online orders, among other internal responsibilities.

To support online platforms including B2B and B2C websites. As well as third party platforms and channels utilized within the organisation.

What we are looking for:

Mid-Senior level of experience in online sales and/or marketing.

Strong communication skills in-person, over the phone and on E-Mails.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic or content creation tools.

Someone who is looking for creative freedom within the marketing sector, with the ability to learn or assist with website maintenance.

Basic experience in internal sales, with a hands-on approach to all internal tasks that are carried out daily.

Pay: 27,000.00-34,000.00 per year
