As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Freelance Administrative & Email Marketing Manager to support and enhance our client outreach, marketing operations, and internal systems.
Role Overview
This is a freelance position, ideal for someone who has experience in email marketing, data-led outreach, and agency operations, and who understands how to market services using email and social media platform.
The primary focus of the role is email marketing and client outreach, supported by administrative and systems-based tasks. You will be trusted to use your own experience, judgement, and proven techniques to help grow awareness of the agency and generate meaningful engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Client Outreach (Primary Focus)
Plan, manage, and send targeted email campaigns using platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar
Segment and manage contact data to ensure relevant, compliant, and effective outreach
Apply proven email marketing and client acquisition techniques to promote the agency
Analyse campaign performance and refine messaging, timing, and structure
Proactively suggest improvements to email strategy, content, and workflows
Administrative & Systems Management
Oversee and maintain organised databases and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Support CRM activity (e.g. Pipedrive - training provided if required)
Create and manage forms using JotForm
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems
Support general agency administration where required
Social Media & Platform Support (Secondary)
Share and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
Assist with distributing content across relevant channels when needed
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Proven experience in email marketing and client outreach
Confidence using platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar
Strong understanding of data segmentation and list management
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently
Commercial awareness and results-focused mindset
Highly Desirable:
Experience working with agencies, professional services, or creative businesses
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social scheduling tools
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
Experience with JotForm or similar form tools
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Training can be provided where needed; however, this role is best suited to someone who already brings solid experience and confidence.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.30-15.00 per hour
