Job Description

Role: Marketing Administrator

Reporting to: Managing Director

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: 24,500 - 28,500

We are looking for a full time marketing administrator to come in and assist the senior leadership. This is a chance for an individual to have a real impact on the creative and marketing presence of a growing accounting firm in the southwest. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will expose the candidate to the senior leadership of the company, and for the right person the role will evolve over time as they make it their own.

Role Overview:

As a full-time marketing administrator, your primary responsibility is to support the senior leadership team in coordinating and executing various marketing activities. Your role is crucial in maintaining organised workflows and contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:



- Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content.

- Manage and organize marketing files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.

Coordination.



- Help coordinate the attendance and set up for specialist shows.

- Liaise with suppliers and 3rd parties.

- Coordinate logistics for events and campaigns, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and managing supplies.

Communication:



- Effective communication with the senior leadership team around marketing content and direction.

- Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing content, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Social Media Assistance:



- Support social media efforts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and providing basic analytics.

- Regularly maintain and update company websites.

- Work collaboratively across the firm to be able to provide new content for company website.

Research:



- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Organizational Skills:



- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Tech Savvy:



- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.

Detail-Oriented:



- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials.

Adaptability

:

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment.

Team Player:



- Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members as needed.

Work Schedule:



37.5 hours Monday-Friday, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of marketing campaigns and events.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the organizational side of marketing, or has little experience and wants to join at an entry level and contribute to the success of various initiatives across the firm as they develop their career.
