Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, creative, and hardworking

Marketing Assistant / TikTok Live Host & Moderator

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about TikTok, live streaming, and content creation, who is eager to grow within the digital marketing and e-commerce industry.

You will be a key part of our TikTok presence, hosting live streams, moderating and managing the backend of TikTok Lives, creating engaging video content, supporting e-commerce sales, and assisting with wider marketing tasks including website updates.

Roles & Responsibilities

TikTok Live Streaming

Host the brand's TikTok Live streams for a

minimum of 4 hours per day

(typically 4-6 hours per live session) - will involve evening and weekend work. Confidently present products and services live to drive engagement and sales Jump in and out of live streams alongside another host when required Moderate live chats and manage comments in real time Set up and manage the backend of TikTok Lives Track live data and performance while live, including: Viewer numbers Engagement levels Products being viewed or clicked the most Provide insights and feedback to improve future live streams

Content Creation

Record creative short-form videos for the brand's TikTok account on a

daily/weekly basis

Create engaging, informative, and on-trend content to drive brand awareness and attract new customers Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and best practices

Sales & E-commerce

Drive sales through TikTok Shop via live streams and video content Use strong product knowledge and customer-focused selling techniques Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative and unique ways to promote the brand and products.

Website & Marketing Support

Keep the website up to date with new banners, images, and promotional visuals Ensure website content aligns with current campaigns and social media activity Assist with broader marketing tasks and content updates as required

General Marketing Responsibilities

Conduct research and gather information to support content ideas Write clear, concise, and engaging copy. Edit and proofread content for accuracy and consistency Collaborate with the marketing team on content and campaign strategies Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices

Skills & Requirements

Confident and comfortable being in front of a camera Talkative, friendly, and customer-focused Strong interest in TikTok and social media Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills and attention to detail Previous retail experience in a similar sector is preferred Use of Canva & Capcut Ms Office

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Previous experience hosting or moderating TikTok Lives Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce brands Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
