Do you love trying out different creative tasks, design, websites, social media, branding, and want to learn all of it without having to specialise too early?

You might be the perfect little helper to join my 1-man marketing band at The TDM Group. We're a friendly team working across different brands, industries, and products, meaning no two days ever look the same.

One moment you might be designing a flyer, next, you're building a landing page, then you're writing an email campaign or posting on LinkedIn. You'll love the variety!

What You'll Get to Do

You'll be involved in a wide range of marketing and design activities, such as:

Website Development & Management

(Using WordPress + Elementor, and Shopify)

Creating and designing new pages

Learning the basics of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Making updates and improvements to keep websites fresh

Uploading new products, linking between pages etc.

Digital & Print Design

(Using Figma & Adobe Illustrator)

Brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials

Branding and visual design

Print artwork and exhibition stand design

Email Marketing

Writing and designing marketing emails

Helping promote products and services

Supporting lead-generation campaigns

LinkedIn Marketing

Creating posts and scheduling content

Analytics & Data

Using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads

Understanding what works, what doesn't, where to improve our work

Project & Task Management

Managing your tasks and deadlines

Understanding other people's roles and responsibilities

Tracking progress across multiple ongoing projects
