We're growing fast and looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join us at a truly exciting time. This is your chance to learn from an experienced team while gaining hands-on exposure across brand campaigns, trade marketing, hospitality/events, and D2C e-commerce. You'll also get to play a part in shaping the future of our iconic 'Rattler' brand.

What you'll do
Social & content:
Draft posts, stories and community replies across all social platforms, and jump on timely moments.
Trade marketing (on? & off?trade):
Support sales toolkits, point?of?sale (POS) and shopper materials, on trade and retailer listings, and brand visibility in venues and retail. Coordinate trade shows, sampling/activations and track compliance.
Events:
Assist with brand activations, pop?ups, and festivals (some evenings/weekends). Manage kit lists, suppliers and on?site brand standards.
Hospitality:
Support development of hospitality toolkits, and day-to-day venue requests.
D2C & CRM:
Update the site/e?comm pages, and build email campaigns.
Creative production:
Brief our internal designer, keep our asset library tidy, and create simple visuals in Canva.
Influencers & PR support:
Maintain local press lists, track coverage and gather UGC with permissions.
Brand guardianship:
Help maintain consistent visuals and tone of voice across touchpoints, whilst injecting the wit and bite of our hero brand, Rattler. Support copywriting for web, retail, packs, promos and partner decks.
Team admin:
Keep our busy team on track, updating weekly status reports, and helping schedule internal design work.

Work Experience
: 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (FMCG/drinks/hospitality a plus).
Skills
Confident creating and managing simple content across social platforms, in line with an approved content calendar.
Good copywriting and proofreading; keen eye for detail and deadlines.
Basic design skills (i.e. Canva) and experience briefing creatives.
Familiar with email/CRM tools (i.e. Klaviyo) and CMS (i.e. WordPress).
Organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in - whether that's building a toolkit, packing POS or posting live from an activation.
Willing to support evening/weekend events (time back in lieu) throughout the year, with a particular upweight in August.
Nice to have:
Understanding of UK ASA/CAP and Portman Group guidance for alcohol marketing.
Qualifications
