We're now looking for a

Marketing Assistant

to support our marketing activity during an exciting period of growth. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital and offline channels.

The Role

Working closely with our Marketing Consultant and senior leadership team, you'll help deliver and manage marketing campaigns across social media, content, and reporting. You'll also play a key part in organising assets from our projects and suppliers, ensuring content is delivered on time and used effectively.

Responsibilities



Support the creation and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to gather project assets. Help repurpose case studies into web content and social media posts. Manage the content calendar to ensure regular posting. Assist with email marketing campaigns and nurture journeys. Monitor and report on social media and website performance using tools such as Metricool and Google Analytics. Carry out research into competitors, trends, and opportunities for brand growth. Provide general marketing support to the team as needed.
Skills & Experience

A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related subject (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest). An eye for design and storytelling (experience with Canva or similar tools desirable). Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Interest in home improvement, design, or lifestyle content is a bonus.
