Marketing Assistant

An entry level role for those serious about building a career in marketing!

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is intentionally choosing marketing as a long term career path and wants to develop practical, commercial skills within a structured environment.

This role is suited to someone who values consistency, ownership, and learning through execution. It is not a short term or purely academic role. You will be involved in real marketing activity and expected to take responsibility for your contribution from day one.

The Role

You will support the coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives while working closely with experienced team members. The focus is on learning how marketing functions within a commercial environment, from planning through to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns

- Maintaining consistency in brand messaging across channels

- Conducting market and audience research to inform campaigns

- Tracking campaign performance and supporting reporting processes

- Coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and standards

- Providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery
