About the role



We're looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team on a 6 month contract. The successful applicant will support the tactical implementation of a range of campaigns and projects regionally as we accelerate marketing-led growth for Keeler. This is a hybrid, full-time position, working Monday-Friday with at least three days working in our global head office in Windsor, UK. As such, you must be able to travel to and from the office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our ongoing evolution as a company, driving brand awareness and campaigns via multiple channels. We are a welcoming, close-knit team with a clear set of common goals that feed into the wider business strategy.


Key responsibilities:

Implement roll out plans for projects and campaigns within associated budget and timeline Track campaigns and add success metrics to our KIP trackers for evaluation Work closely with internal stakeholders including our sales, education and product management teams to understand product and promotion focus in target sales regions Work closely with external stakeholders including printers, designers and website agency to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns Support campaigns and projects with digital advertising (Google Ads, META, LinkedIn) and website content updates where required Create social media content for campaigns as required and support the team with scheduling, community management and performance tracking Support the team with ongoing merchandise requirements for events and campaigns Monitor and ensure compliance with brand guidelines across the global organisation

About You



This multi-functional role is perfect for someone looking to expand their marketing skillset or a marketing generalist who is looking for a varied role. We are looking for an individual that:


Is a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter Enjoys working on a variety of marketing disciplines Is organised and motivated to learn our business dynamics Takes pride in excellent communication skills inc copywriting Has a strong eye for detail and champions brand consistency Is fully fluent in English both verbally and in writing with a polished, articulate style
Essential experience

At least 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a healthcare field Proficient in campaign and project management Confident implementing and tracking campaigns, including online and offline formats Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn and META) Experience with website content management systems (CMS) for Wordpress etc Experience with performance tracking platforms such as Google Analytics Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite Excellent verbal and copywriting skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders both internally and externally
Desirable experience

Work in medical devices or a similar regulated environment CIM qualification or marketing degree
