Key Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring smooth coordination across the marketing team and wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in email marketing and CRM campaigns, including data segmentation, creative briefing, campaign build, testing, and performance reporting.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and on-site marketing activities, ensuring all assets and communications are delivered on time and to brand standards.
Maintain and update website services pages, ensuring all content remains accurate, engaging, and up to date.
Assist with social media content creation, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting.
Support the creation of blog content, including planning, briefing external copywriters, and collaborating with the performance marketing and trade marketing teams.
Support brandpositioning through packaging design, artwork updates, promotional activity, and website copywriting.
Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.
The list of above duties is not exhaustive, and the individual may be required to adapt in order to respond to the organisation's requirements when requested by their Line Manager or Director.
Skills & Experience
Degree or higher education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Experience in a marketing or communications role preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and copywriting ability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
