Hybrid (3 days in office / 1.5 day remote), Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week, 4.5 days working week

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring smooth coordination across the marketing team and wider business.

Duties

Assist in email marketing and CRM campaigns, including data segmentation, creative briefing, campaign build, testing, and performance reporting. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and on-site marketing activities, ensuring all assets and communications are delivered on time and to brand standards. Maintain and update website services pages, ensuring all content remains accurate, engaging, and up to date. Assist with social media content creation, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting. Support the creation of blog content, including planning, briefing external copywriters, and collaborating with the performance marketing and trade marketing teams. Support brand positioning through packaging design, artwork updates, promotional activity, and website copywriting. Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams. Assist with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

Marketing Degree or higher education in Marketing or a related field desirable Experience in a Marketing or Communications role Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems Strong organisation skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Willingness to go the extra mile Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
