Are you a creative and enthusiastic individual with a passion for content and design? Yellow Slate Design is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant/Content Creator to join our vibrant team. You'll play a key role in developing engaging content and supporting marketing initiatives for both Yellow Slate Design and our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Planning:
Assist in idea generation, creating, and curating engaging content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, mailers and more).
Help develop and maintain content calendars for Yellow Slate Design and our clients.
Draft marketing copy and collaborate on visual concepts.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with a variety of clients to understand their marketing needs and contribute to their content strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all client materials.
Photoshoot Support:
Assist during photoshoots, working alongside our photographer to capture compelling visuals.
Help with styling, prop management, and on-set organisation.
Digital Marketing Support:
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
Assist with basic graphic design tasks or content formatting as needed.
Administrative Support:
Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure proper organisation of files.
Help with research for content ideas and market trends.
Key information:
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 16-20 hours per week, working pattern is flexible and open for discussion.
Holiday Entitlement:
20 days holiday pro rata, plus 9 bank holidays. Bank holidays can be taken flexibly throughout the year, with the exception of December 25th and January 1st, when the business is closed.
Flexible Working:
Work from home option between December 24th and January 3rd, focusing on email monitoring and customer communication.
About You:
Ideally marketing qualification from recognised marketing institute, university, or college. A keen interest in marketing, content creation, and design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management tools is a plus.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express or similar platforms such as Canva would be ideal.
Most importantly passionate, a love for all things social media and marketing and willing to try new things!
