As our Marketing Associate, you'll be much more than a team member, you'll be a key player in how the region sees and experiences our Apprenticeships. From eye-catching campaigns to inspiring events, you'll bring energy and imagination to everything you do.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your work will directly influence how we attract and engage future apprentices, employers, and partners and celebrate their success. You'll help shape our marketing plans, lead on exciting projects, and represent Exeter College at events across the region, making a real difference where it matters.


Ideally you'll have previous marketing experience and be ambitious to showcase a highly creative, commercial mind, ready to lead bold digital campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
