Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity, with a focus on social media management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Utilise Google Ads to create and optimise online advertising campaigns that effectively reach target audiences. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials using Adobe software. Assist in the management of the company's website through WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging. Prepare reports using Excel to analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements. Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively. Write compelling copy for various marketing materials including newsletters, blog posts, and advertisements.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing is essential. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Familiarity with Google Ads for managing online advertising campaigns. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Experience using WordPress for website management is highly desirable. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous but not mandatory. A background in project management will be beneficial for this role but not mandatory.

Pay: 32,000.00-41,800.00 per year
