The Role



We're looking for a

proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate

to help drive our brand's growth and engagement across the art and collectibles ecosystem. Working closely with our small, collaborative team, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, develop engaging content, and help strengthen our presence within the collecting community.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer segments, and partnership opportunities. Profile and engage both individual collectors and businesses, including potential partners such as auction houses, galleries, and marketplaces. Identify key decision-makers at target businesses and support outreach and relationship-building efforts. Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO. Manage and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Support production of blog posts, newsletters, website updates, and other marketing materials. Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation. Coordinate collaborative campaigns and brand partnerships to expand awareness and engagement. Represent the company at industry events, art fairs, and networking opportunities. Assist in organising events, webinars, and conferences relevant to our market. Operate within the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA

)

regulatory framework, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills



Essential:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, art, luxury goods, or financial services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable engaging directly with clients and partners, both online and in person. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media, email marketing software). Strong interest in the art, collectibles, and luxury assets space. Ability to understand and clearly communicate our lending products to diverse audiences. Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a startup environment.

Desirable:



Experience creating video or multimedia content. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma. Interest in emerging technology, particularly in the fintech sector.
