Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to join our growing international team. The successful candidate will support campaign planning and execution, coordinate advertising placements, and assist with client and project management. This role offers excellent exposure to international marketing, media relations, and cross-cultural brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional initiatives that support the company's strategic and client engagement goals.

Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across B2B and B2C channels to enhance brand awareness and positioning.

Manage advertising placements across multiple media platforms and analyse campaign performance to optimise ROI and audience reach.

Support budget planning, project coordination, and resource allocation for marketing projects.

Identify and assist in pursuing new business opportunities within lifestyle, culture, and beauty sectors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's services and provide creative input on marketing proposals.

Build and maintain client and partner relationships to support business development and long-term collaboration.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, cultural events, and international marketing forums.

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports to support decision-making and campaign reviews.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, or advertising preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Positive attitude, professional presentation, and a collaborative mindset.
