Location:

Hybrid, office based in Manchester 2 days a week

We're looking for our next hire! This time to join our team as a Marketing and Events Associate. This is a flexible role with the opportunity to adapt your hours around family commitments, school holidays, or any other personal needs. Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Newsletter Management:

Oversee and manage the monthly newsletters, building engaging content that makes sense for our readers. We're looking for someone that can tailor their marketing content to different segments. This is not just to remind customer's we are here, but to deliver engaging and useful sector insights.

LinkedIn Posting:

Manage LinkedIn posts for Powdr and it's senior management team; ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Including the development of our feature and content spotlight series.

Event Planning & Management:

Support COO to Identify relevant industry events for our CEO, COO and Sales Manager to (1) attend, (2) build their network and (3) speak at.

Support COO to organize and promote Powdr's own events and webinars.

Announcement Management:

Oversee announcements for new features, completed deals, upcoming events, and new partnerships.

Content Creation & Management:

Assist in the creation and management of one-pagers, client decks, and demo videos. Help manage digital assets and website content.

Help manage and nurture our PR partner's activities

All of the above activities will be done in mind with Powdr's customer segments and their different needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is already confident and has familiarity and experience with linkedin, writing newsletters and creating new content, both to excite but also to inform. You can't beat enthusiasm in our minds and we are looking for someone with an abundance of it! Both for the role itself and for our company. You should be openly enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic, and take pride in your work. This will be very much a hands-on role that will vary day to day, we need someone willing to throw themselves in and enjoy the ride. You're keen to stretch yourself and your skills, feel happy to jump into the unknown and be up for challenge and ongoing learning and development.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
