Marketing & Brand Storytelling Manager

King in the North - Wakefield

Full-Time | In-Person Role | Monday-Friday, 12pm-7pm

Salary: Competitive (DOE)

We are seeking a

high-energy, creative, confident Marketing & Brand Storyteller

to help grow King in the North into a nationally and globally recognised experience brand.

This is not a desk-only marketing role. You will be

in the venue, building the brand in real time

, creating content, selling experiences, speaking to organisations, and telling the story of our world to the public.

About King in the North

King in the North is a

fully immersive archery & chess experience

unlike anything else in the UK. We sell

experience, atmosphere, storytelling, and challenge

-- not just activities. Your job is to take that story to the world.

What You'll Be Doing

Building and growing the

King in the North brand

Creating and executing

content calendars

Managing

social media daily

(TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Running and managing

Mailchimp campaigns & email marketing

Creating

high-energy content

(reels, videos, stories, campaigns)

Calling organisations, businesses, teams & charities

to sell group bookings Selling and promoting

events & experiences

Managing online engagement & messages Helping grow King in the North from a

local venue to a global brand

You Must Be:

Confident on the

phone and in person

Energetic, proactive & self-motivated Skilled in

social media marketing

Comfortable with

sales & outreach

Good with

content planning & scheduling

Strong communicator & storyteller Able to work

on-site, Monday-Friday 12pm-7pm

Passionate about

branding, experiences & growth

not a remote role
