As we expand, we are looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Business Development Executive to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and help us secure new business opportunities with both private clients and local authorities.

Overview:


The Marketing & Business Development Executive will take ownership of the company's online presence, ensuring our social media and digital platforms reflect our values and services. Alongside marketing, you will play a key role in business development by identifying and securing contracts -- both with local councils/authorities and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content for digital platforms. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports. Research, identify, and pursue opportunities for new contracts with local authorities/councils. Prepare, write, and submit high-quality tender documents and proposals for both council and private contracts. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and potential partners. Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and newsletters to support business development. Stay up to date with industry trends, funding opportunities, and competitor activity.

Education & Experience:



A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or business development is highly valued. Experience preparing tenders or proposals for local authorities/councils (highly desirable). Strong copywriting, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of the healthcare or domiciliary care sector is an advantage. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIM, digital marketing, or bid writing) are welcomed.
