We're now looking for a
Marketing & BD Lead
to help us
build visibility, open doors, and drive growth across the UK, UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (50%)
Develop and execute a thought leadership-driven marketing strategy (LinkedIn, white papers, reports, events).
Build case studies, decks, and visual stories from client work
Manage content calendar and campaigns
Position the consultancy as the go-to expert in operational efficiency & client experience.
Business Development (50%)
Own the BD roadmap
Develop signature offerings and package them for market.
Drive lead generation via networking, partnerships, and event participation.
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers (COOs, CX/Innovation leads, government advisors).
Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and client acquisition metrics.
Ideal Profile
3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing & BD, ideally in consulting, tech, or services.
Strong content and storytelling skills (can simplify complex solutions).
Experience in CRM, digital transformation, or SaaS/AI solutions is a major plus.
Excellent networking, relationship, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial and self-driven - thrives in a small, fast-moving consultancy environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 29,000.00-35,000.00 per year
Experience:
marketing: 3 years (preferred)
