Objective of the role:
We are seeking a hands-on, versatile
Marketing Campaign & Content Manager
to lead the development and execution of compelling marketing campaigns and content across digital channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who loves both creative storytelling and operational delivery, with a passion for driving qualified leads and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and manage campaign assets: email sequences, landing pages, ad copy, guides, blogs and social content
Collaborate with the Head of Growth to launch GTM campaigns that drive MQLs and sales pipeline
Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and content delivery schedules
Build and deploy marketing assets in HubSpot, including emails and workflows
Support repurposing of video and podcast content into social-ready assets
Edit, brand, and manage short-form video content such as product demos and explainer clips for marketing use
Conduct keyword and topic research to inform SEO-led blog, web, and campaign content that improves search visibility
Assist with planning, writing, and scheduling regular email newsletter campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing audiences
Own brand voice and ensure consistent tone across all content
Track and report on content and campaign performance weekly
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or agency environments
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for conversion-driven messaging
Experience managing multi-touch marketing campaigns across digital channels
Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM tools)
Basic video editing and branding skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
Experience building and sending email campaigns or newsletters
Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Understanding of SEO, paid social, or lead gen best practices
Interest in AI, automation, or tech sectors
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):
3-5 GTM campaigns executed with measurable impact
2+ lead magnets created and launched
Social and email engagement rates consistently trending upward
Assets delivered on time, aligned to GTM roadmap and brand standards
