Penda Photo Tours - our specialist photography travel brand offering exceptional photographic expeditions in some of the world's most inspiring locations.



Overview of the role:



We're looking for a creative, organised, and photography-savvy marketer to join our team. As the Marketing Campaign Coordinator for Penda Photo Tours, you'll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting day-to-day activities across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, project management and content execution -- perfect for someone with a strong eye for photography, a love of travel, and a knack for producing engaging campaigns that inspire. You'll also receive direct support and mentorship from the Director of Marketing, particularly in prioritising workload and driving successful campaign delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties



1.

Campaign Development & Execution

: Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that combine strong storytelling with a consistent brand voice. Lead creative activations -- such as photography competitions -- by managing all elements from concept to delivery, including coordination with judges, partners and prize sponsors.

2.

Email Marketing Campaigns

: Support the creation of email sequences, landing pages and social posts, along with analysing the performance of email campaigns within Mailchimp.

3.

Social Media & Newsletters:

Develop and implement social media strategies and posting schedules and create engaging newsletters with photography-led content that supports campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand messaging.

4.

Event Coordination

: Manage all aspects of event marketing/tradeshows. From coordinating materials, stand design and promotional campaigns for The Photography Show to handling logistics for smaller photography events, and overseeing post-event reporting and lead follow-up.

5.

Asset Management

: Keep content, visuals and key marketing materials organised and easily accessible for the team and other departments.

6.

Marketing Collateral

: Update and create online brochures when launching new trips. Develop concepts, write copy and brief designers for campaign and sales collateral.

7.

Website Content Updates:

Maintain accurate, engaging website content by creating confident, well-crafted trip listings and blog posts, drawing on input from photographers and clients.

8.

Project Management

: Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet objectives.

9.

Analytics, Reporting & Industry Insights:

Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic and social media engagement, while monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies; gather and use client feedback to source testimonials and case studies for marketing content.

10.

Support for Wider ITG Marketing Initiatives

: Assist in supporting other ITG marketing projects as required.

Qualifications and Competencies



Along with a proven background and at least one year's experience in marketing or another relevant field you will be someone with the ability to work well within a small but fast-paced team and adapt to the dynamic needs of the company.

Required:



Strong creative eye for photography, with the ability to select and edit imagery to professional standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for different audiences. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Experience in online marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, small team.

Preferred:



Degree/diploma in marketing, business, graphic design, or related field. Understanding of SEO best practice, analytics, and social media marketing. Experience in event marketing or trade show coordination.
