We are at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for a Campaign Manager to help bring our brand stories and campaigns to life.

Role Overview



The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the

end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns

for Spotty Otter. Working closely with the Brand Manager and wider team, you will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and PR. Develop and maintain a rolling campaign calendar in line with product launches, community initiatives and seasonal opportunities. Brief, coordinate, and deliver creative assets for campaigns - including copy, visuals, ambassador/UGC content, and video along side the social media team. Design and adapt campaign assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across all channels. Support with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads), including briefing, asset creation, and monitoring performance. Monitor campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and provide reporting with actionable insights. Contribute fresh, creative ideas to strengthen Spotty Otter's brand voice and community connection.

Skills & Experience



2+ years' experience in marketing, campaign management, or a similar role. Strong organisational and project management skills. Creative design experience (Canva essential, Adobe Suite desirable). Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Understanding of social media and digital marketing best practice. Analytical mindset, able to interpret campaign data. Passion for children, outdoor adventure, and sustainability is highly desirable.

Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 pro rata Monthly

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
