Marketing Campaign Manager

, you'll lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimising high-impact, multi-channel B2B campaigns that drive results and boost brand visibility across their network.

What You'll Do:

Own Campaigns from Start to Finish:

Create bold, performance-driven campaigns across email, digital, print, and social to promote airport advertising to local, regional, and national brands

Drive Results:

Track KPIs, analyse performance, and deliver insights that improve ROI and fuel smarter marketing

Fuel Sales Growth:

Align closely with the Sales Team to generate leads, build pipeline, and develop tailored sales content

Shape Strategy:

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviours to influence campaign strategy and brand positioning

Innovate & Evolve:

Streamline workflows, adopt new tools, and champion best practices to scale marketing success

You'll Fit Right in if you:

Current or previous Marketing Campaign Manager experience Proactive, results driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Creative, strategic and laser focused on campaign impact Live in a commutable distance to their office in Halifax, and able to commit to days per week on site, and one day from home
