About the Team


The Marketing Operations team sits within our wider Student Success function, whose mission is to positively impact hundreds of thousands of students across the UK and EMEA. Together, we support students throughout their career journey--through the targetjobs platform, social media, ambassador programmes, and industry-leading events.

As part of this collaborative and dynamic team, you'll contribute to campaigns that engage students both digitally and face-to-face, helping them discover exciting opportunities with top employers. You'll work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager and other members of the Student Success and Client teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that support both student outcomes and client goals.

About this role



As a

Marketing Campaign Manager

, you'll play a critical role in executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns for world-leading brands across EMEA. From managing our campus and digital ambassador programmes to overseeing email campaigns and candidate consultations, you'll ensure each campaign is delivered seamlessly on time, and with measurable impact.


You'll collaborate closely with our marketing operations, sales, and customer success teams to bring campaign strategies to life--turning ideas into action through operational efficiency, strong project management, and meaningful student engagement.

Outcomes



Successful project management and delivery of client marketing campaigns, ambassadors and channels

Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across EMEA, including campus activations, digital ambassador initiatives, email marketing, and candidate outreach. Source, recruit, and onboard student ambassadors across EMEA to support on-campus and digital campaign delivery. Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure ambassadors are confident, aligned with campaign objectives, and consistently high-performing. Manage day-to-day ambassador activity, track performance, and provide motivation, feedback, and development opportunities throughout each campaign. Deliver engaging and targeted campaigns that reflect the nuances of local markets while aligning with wider campaign objectives. Oversee all elements of campaign execution from planning to logistics and delivery, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality results across multiple countries. Work with internal teams and third-party providers to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring every element is aligned to client expectations. Continuously improve campaign delivery processes to enhance consistency, scalability, and operational performance. Manage campaign budgets effectively, including ambassador payments, third-party costs, and logistics, ensuring all activity is delivered within agreed financial parameters.

Act as the main point of contact for select campaign briefs, partnering with clients, internal stakeholders, and agencies to translate strategy into impactful campaign execution. Ensure messaging, branding, and campaign activities are aligned with client goals and effectively adapted for diverse EMEA audiences. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI for clients. Utilise data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards) to assess audience engagement and ensure alignment with client objectives. Provide clear, data-backed recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and campaign direction. Support post-campaign evaluation and future planning by gathering feedback, insights, and performance analysis.

Reports on performance are timely, and ideas, tests or solutions are inputted from across the team to solve problems for students, clients or GTI

Monitor campaign performance across channels and regions, providing timely reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimisation. Maintain strong communication across teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring all stakeholders are informed on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Work closely with sales and operations to ensure that campaign learnings feed into the development of future strategies.

You have resilience, especially when things don't work out exactly as planned, to find new routes to success. You are incredibly organised with your time and your operational management. You can effectively collaborate with peers and other people inside and outside the business.

Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills



No previous experience in this industry is needed for this role, but a willingness to achieve results with a data-driven marketing approach.Experience in campaign execution, marketing project management, or field marketing, ideally within the education, youth, or early careers space. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, across multiple countries or regions. Strong operational and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Experience managing ambassadors or influencer programmes is highly desirable. Confident delivering virtual or in-person training sessions that energise and prepare student teams for campaign success. Confident working with data to track performance and measure success (e.g., campaign analytics, engagement metrics). Experience managing campaign budgets and tracking spend to ensure cost-effective delivery and accurate financial reporting. Comfortable working with clients and internal stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for student engagement and a solid understanding of the university landscape across EMEA. Proficiency with key marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, spreadsheets, CRM systems). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Other Information





Permanent role - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. 3-month probationary period.
