What we're looking for?

What's the role?
This is a hands-on marketing role where you'll plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that generate new leads, drive incremental sales from our existing customer base, and enhance brand awareness. You'll manage HubSpot campaigns end-to-end, building emails, landing pages, and workflows and use data to make real-time improvements. You'll also coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure content and creative assets support campaign goals. We're looking for an innovative thinker with their finger on the pulse of emerging tech and new tools that can help us drive smarter, faster growth.
Key tasks:
Campaign planning: Build and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activity supports business objectives and key campaigns.
Campaigns: Plan, build, and optimise emails, landing pages, and workflows to drive engagement and conversions.
Website management: Oversee website content and work with the Marketing Developer to ensure the site remains up to date, optimised for UX, SEO, and lead generation, and continually improved based on data and feedback.
PPC alignment: Collaborate with the Content & PPC Specialist to align targeting, messaging, and performance goals.
Performance tracking: Use data and insights to evaluate campaign success and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Team coordination: Oversee day-to-day workflow across the marketing team -- briefing the Content Creator(s) and Marketing Developer, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery of assets and campaigns.
Sales alignment: Work with the sales team to ensure marketing activity supports lead generation, account growth, and customer retention.
Data management: Maintain clean, segmented contact databases to enable effective targeting and reporting.
Event integration: Support and promote events and webinars, ensuring they form part of the wider campaign strategy.
What will you bring?
Competencies:
Strong campaign management and organisational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
5+ years in marketing campaign management, ideally B2B.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/automation platforms.
Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Knowledge of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing practices.
Experience briefing design and web teams to deliver campaign assets.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A full clean driving licence is desirable.
