Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Marketing Campaign Manager to join our established marketing team.

About the role



This is a hands-on role that delivers real impact, leading strategic marketing campaigns that support our priorities and help drive business growth. It plays a key part in how we communicate with farmers and the wider supply chain, ensuring our services are clearly understood and that customers can see the value we bring to their businesses.

Collaborating with service leads, regional teams and the marketing team, you will create campaigns that speak directly to customer challenges, highlight the value of our services and ensure our marketing is timely, clear and consistent. You will enjoy taking ownership, working across multiple teams and turning complex information into meaningful, customer-focused communication that makes a real difference.

Key objectives of the role



Deliver clear, well-targeted campaigns that build awareness and understanding.

Support commercial priorities by developing insight-led campaign strategies and tactics.

Strengthen marketing consistency and quality through better planning and collaboration.

Increase customer engagement by delivering relevant and timely multi-channel marketing

Drive improvement by reviewing campaign performance, sharing learnings and refining future activity.

Key responsibilities



Lead the planning, development and implementation of integrated campaigns

Work with key stakeholders to understand priorities, insights and customer needs

Develop campaign strategies and the supporting tactics required to bring them to life

Translate business objectives into clear, engaging marketing activity

Manage timelines, budgets and workflows to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery

Monitor campaign performance, report on outcomes and recommend improvements

Contribute to broader marketing projects

What we're looking for



Strong marketing background with experience delivering campaigns

Ability to work within a busy, collaborative marketing team

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

(Preferable) Knowledge of or interest in UK agriculture

Full UK Drivers licence and a willingness to travel
