This is your opportunity to support a dynamic and high-profile trio of Directors at Kew Gardens, working in the Marketing and Commercial Enterprise team. The successful candidate will work alongside other departmental EA and PA's to provide executive support and office management.



The position would suit a highly organised, proactive and self-assured individual with excellent numeracy and written skills, strong planning experience and an ability to engage with a large amount of diverse stakeholders.

The role involves ensuring that three senior executives at Kew are where they need to be at the right time. In addition to calendar management the role also encompasses travel planning, meeting administration, events logistics and planning and general office management. It is a varied and fast paced role with no two days looking the same.



The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in an administrative/PA role, be able to communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and IT literacy alongside superb prioritisation skills are also key. Previous experience of financial administration e.g expenses and invoice payments would be advantageous.


This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

The salary for this position is 29,451 per annum [Grade 3]
