About the Role



This is a brand-new, high-impact role at the heart of our Trust. You'll lead on internal and external communications, drive brand visibility, and support executive operations--all while helping us tell our story in compelling, creative ways.

From managing social media and designing campaigns to supporting the CEO and coordinating Trust-wide events, you'll be a key player in bringing our mission--Empowering Everyone, Achieving Together--to life.

What You'll Do



Lead the Trust's digital presence across social media, websites, and internal platforms Create engaging content--blogs, videos, newsletters, and more Support staff recruitment and wellbeing initiatives through creative marketing Manage executive diaries, meetings, and communications Coordinate strategic projects and Trust-wide events Be the go-to person for branding, media relations, and crisis communications

What You'll Bring



A proven track record in marketing, communications, and digital content creation Confidence working with leadership teams and external agencies Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, design tools) A passion for education and community engagement A full UK driving licence and commitment to safeguarding
