Marketing & Communications Manager

Chichester, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact and support a company with their next level of growth? At Secure Screening Services, you'll own our marketing and communications, helping to shape how we grow our brand and reach new clients.

Securing Screening Services was founded in 2018, and our mission is to become the UK's most trusted employment screening provider that uses innovative technology to seamlessly deliver vetted candidates to clients faster than ever.

The company has seen exceptional growth over the years, but we have remained committed to finding great people to join our team who will continue to build a strong working culture where people are respectful and inclusive.

Here's what to expect to be working on as a Marketing & Communications Manager at Secure Screening Services:

Work with our web designer to continually improve the company website - planning, editing and creating content (including blogs) that provides authoritative insight for prospects, maximises SEO, and remains discoverable in an increasingly LLM-driven landscape. Plan, create and schedule content for our social media channels, regularly sharing insightful updates to increase reach, engagement and brand visibility. Work closely with our PPC agency to ensure all campaigns are on-brand, aligned with our website messaging and tone of voice, and are continuously optimised for performance. Monitor and respond to Trustpilot and Google reviews, protecting and enhancing our online reputation and relaying feedback to the relevant internal teams. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to increase brand awareness and help us stay ahead of competitors (e.g. PR, partnerships, events, awards, thought leadership). Work with our Head of Growth to plan, build and optimise marketing email campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and tight alignment with the sales team. Create, manage and maintain all marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, brochures, etc.), ensuring they are current, on-brand and effective; support sales with tailored materials for clients and candidates as needed. Own the creation and optimisation of operational emails sent via SendGrid to clients, candidates and referees, ensuring they are clear, relevant and designed to drive completion and streamline the screening process. Work with screening managers to create and maintain a library of help articles and FAQs that support clients and candidates throughout the screening journey. Develop and maintain email and live-chat templates to support screening and sales teams, ensuring communications are consistent, on-brand and easy to use. Brief, co-ordinate and oversee the creation of help and explainer videos for clients and candidates, and manage publishing and optimisation on our YouTube channel. Collaborate with our development team to refine the client portal and candidate screening forms, ensuring messaging and UX are clear, intuitive and optimised to capture accurate information. Work closely with our UI/UX designer to continually improve the client and candidate experience, using data and feedback to enhance the overall screening journey and interaction with our platform.
