SIM Switchgear, Viewsafe, RB Marine and RGB form a fast-growing engineering group operating across the UK, Europe, and the US, delivering electrical engineering solutions, global retrofit projects, and industry-leading inspection technology.
We're now looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of marketing across all group companies. This is a hands-on, multi-brand role where you'll plan, coordinate and execute high-quality content while helping shape the long-term marketing direction of the business.

About the Role
You will work directly with the leadership team to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing output across the group.
A key part of this role is managing our subcontracted marketing team, ensuring that their content aligns with brand standards, deadlines, and the needs of each business.
Your Responsibilities:
Content & Social
Manage LinkedIn content for Viewsafe, SIM Switchgear, RB Marine and RGB
Create and refine weekly posts, visuals and video content
Build and manage monthly content calendars
Grow and engage each brand's audience
Brand & Creative
Produce and oversee case studies, brochures, sales packs and internal documentation
Maintain and organise all image and video libraries
Ensure strict brand consistency across all companies
Subcontractor Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for our external marketing partners
Brief, review and approve content created by subcontractors
Ensure all outsourced work meets deadlines, brand standards and project requirements
Manage workflows between internal teams and subcontractors to keep content moving
Project Coordination
Liaise with engineers to gather photos, updates and technical insights
Capture and document projects within 48 hours
Support OEM partners (e.g., Terasaki, Imesa, ABB) with co-branded collateral
Work closely with international teams when required
Digital Performance
Oversee paid LinkedIn campaigns
Monitor analytics and report monthly performance
Manage light website updates, CRM lists and marketing documentation
What We're Looking For
2-5 years experience in marketing, communications or content creation
Excellent written English and confidence in producing technical/commercial content
Organised and proactive, someone who enjoys planning and taking ownership
Comfortable coordinating multiple brands and multiple stakeholders
Skilled with LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe, and basic video editing
Able to manage subcontractors and maintain quality control
Interest in engineering, marine, offshore or technology sectors is a bonus
